Installation Guarantee

We are quite confident that you'll easily master the installation. We have instructions that explain the process thoroughly.

If you still encounter problems during installation, just fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll address your concerns promptly.

If your skin gets damaged during installation, we'll be happy to send a replacement. Please note the following conditions to take advantage of the installation guarantee:

The request must be made informally within 30 days of receiving the goods, either through our contact form or by email at hi@marmeladecat.com
You must be able to provide a photo of the damaged skin
The installation guarantee can be claimed up to two times per ordered skin
Skins printed with a personal image are excluded from the installation guarantee
